πŸ›Œ Kamping Kitbash is a residential event. You will spend 3 nights at our lovely yellow manor house with more than 40 other creatives.

Verblijfcentrum Heiberg is 14 minutes from the city centre of Leuven and surrounded by a lush park.

πŸš… Leuven is easily accessible by train: half an hour from Brussels-Midi and 20 minutes away from Brussels Airport Zaventem.

🏰 Leuven is home to a 15th century university and one of the most famous beer brands in the worlds.

Accessibility

🚌 The location is accessible through bus via Leuven Station. Contact us if you need help with transport.

πŸš— There's limited free parking up the hill or in the surrounding streets.

the manor house!

We have the whole building to ourselves. On the first floor you will find a large kitbashing hall, dining room, kitchen and antique game room. On the second floor are a low stimulus room, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Bedrooms host either 2 or 4 people. You can state your room sharing preferences when reserving your ticket.

when!

Kamping Kitbash 2025 takes place from Friday the 10th of October to Monday the 13th of October.

The activities start on Friday at noon and run until Sunday evening, the 13th. Sleeping accommodation is available from Friday evening to Monday morning.

Kamping Kitbash is non-profit event which we try to make as cheap as possible!

  • Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner πŸ₯—

  • A cosy bed for 3 nights πŸ›Œ (room sizes 2 or 4 people)

How much does it cost?

We estimate around €30 - €120.

The final ticket price will depend on grants or sponsorships, which we are currently applying for. We will have a social tariff for those with less financial means.

What?

We want to connect miniature makers, tabletop gamers and RPG enthusiasts across the world. That's why we're organising our first weekend where tabletop miniature and role-playing game fans build, break, paint, and play with like-minded artists and creatives from across the globe🌍

Kitbashers will explore new ways of making miniatures, exchange ideas and discover new techniques in an exciting and welcoming environment.🀝

The weekend will be full of bits, games, and collaborative projects bringing creatives together and learning from other passionate hobbyists. 🎨

A three day crafting event, featuring indie tabletop games,artistic sillyness & miniature making.

What to bring?

Of course bring anything you
would normally take on a trip! But also:

  • Any crafting materials πŸ–ŒοΈ (brushes, bits, glue,...) but don't worry if you cannot bring your own stuff, we have plenty for you to use.

  • Any work you'd like to share (or destroy) πŸ—Ώ

  • Anything you'd need to organise a game you would like to run 🎲

  • A lightly coloured blank piece of clothing πŸ‘•
    We will run a screen printed merch stand on
    site so bring anything you'd like
