All about miniatures
What?
We want to connect miniature makers, tabletop gamers and RPG enthusiasts across the world. That's why we're organising our first weekend where tabletop miniature and role-playing game fans build, break, paint, and play with like-minded artists and creatives from across Europe.🌍
Kitbashers will explore new ways of making miniatures, and exchanging ideas and techniques in an exciting and welcoming environment.🤝
The weekend will be full of bits, games, and collaborative projects bringing creatives together and learning from other passionate hobbyists. 🎨
A three day crafting event, featuring indie tabletop games,artistic sillyness & miniature making.

Everything you need to know
When?
The event starts on Friday the 13th of September. You are welcome from 11h00, but activities start at 14h. The event ends on Sunday the 15th of September around 22h00. ⏰
(However, you are welcome to hang around earlier or later) 🍻
Where?
The event takes place at Broei, a unique location in Gent, Belgium 🇧🇪
It is reachable by car or public transport: If you're arriving from Gent-Sint-Pieters station 🚃 there are many buses 🚌 that will take you there.
If you need any help with transporting stuff to the event, don't hesitate to contact us!
What to bring?
Of course bring anything you
would normally take on a trip! But also:
- Any crafting materials 🖌️ (brushes, bits, glue,...)
- Any work you'd like to share (or destroy) 🗿
- Anything you'd need to organise a game you would like to run 🎲
- A lightly coloured blank piece of clothing 👕
We will run a screen printed merch stand on
site so bring anything you'd like Goblinified!
- Snacks from your home country to share 😉
- Some euros 💶, just in case

Will there be competitions?
Yes, but only very silly ones. With cool, but very silly prizes. 🏆

WHAT?
KAMPING KITBASH is a festival where a diverse group of people come together to enjoy the miniature hobby, and to learn from each other.
WHY?
Our community is currently mostly present in digital spaces, especially after the COVID Pandemic. We want to bring people back together again though our event(s).
GOBLINS!
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are important to us. The community is built of a diverse group of people and we want to offer a safe(r) space for all individuals.
